Founder & Head Trainer

A thirst for fitness, which started in the armed forces quickly led to a passion to help others achieve their goals as effectively as possible and ultimately the creation of HIITSESSIONS…. ow yer and have as much fun as possible along the way! When not training I regularly run local trails and occasionally fell run the Welsh and English Mountains. Aside from running, I love Mountain biking enduro trails or cable Wakeboarding….Learning to KiteSurf is my mission for 2015 !!! Its all great fun and HIIT workouts are a great fitness method to help any sport too!!
